10 stars. I Highly recommend. I had several sales in the San Diego area. One with Coldwell Banker Braunstein's office where the realtor no showed on the walk through, never ran comps and was basically unavailable, in other words, I did all the work. I tried Remax out of Pam Larimer's office. Another really bad choice. The realtor was several hours late on open house ( yea just think about that one) I had to walk people through the home and take cards. The realtor never returned phones calls, emails, I basically had to use the escrow company to process anything I needed done. I did file a formal complaint with the main office and was told " they were overwhelmed" and from Pam herself " I am too busy out of state to deal with any problems". I did request to cancel the contract and they refused, it was all about the commission. Finally a friend recommended Jason. He was professional, on time, honest and most important, easy to get a hold of at any time. He has a great handle on the comps and what to expect on your sale or purchase process. He also knows there maybe hang ups during a purchase or buy and will walk you through each step to take. And from my experience they work. He doesn't lie and try to tell you what he thinks you want to hear. He tells the truth and is honest, He knows what he is doing and you can have confidence you will get the best results by listening to his advice and comments, but also adding your own. I know this is a long review but selling and buying is extremely important in this economy. If you want a realtor that has an excellent work ethic and has the results to back it up, you cannot go wrong. A sale and a purchase later I am more than happy. I also have 2 friends who recently used him on sale and purchase and they both had an easy process and highly recommended Jason. Need I say anything more?
